Our deep access to the widest range of financing sources allows us to pair projects to our reliable and competitive capital suppliers. We are not attached to any one capital partner. Our primary duty is to you as our client. Preferred Ticket Size: minimum USD 200 Million + but we would consider lower amounts on a case-by-case basis but no lower than USD 50Million

Team

Carl D. White

Mr. White is a legal, finance and investment professional that provides strategy capital raising, marketing and operations experience. Mr. White currently owns and manages a private investment office in Berlin that has participated in numerous international investments. In addition, he has owned, operated and advised a diverse collection of businesses directing them from seed stage through growth stage.

Mr. White graduated from Northeastern University and Stanford Law School with a degree in Professional Studies and Business Management.

Efosa Aibangbee

Mr. Aibangbee is an Electrical/Electronics Engineer with 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Banking, Construction, and Property Development Industries. He has worked in senior management positions, overseeing operations and business development efforts across West Africa for multinational Oil and Gas giants such as Schlumberger and Weatherford.

He also consults for major Oil and Gas projects in the onshore and offshore environment for clients such as Chevron and PSL. Mr. Aibangbee currently manages an Investment and Property Development Company – Carplan Ltd – in Ghana.
